Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Order processing times: Please allow 1-2 business days after an order is placed for the order to ship. Orders received after 5pm EST will be processed the next business day. For personalized, customized, or monogrammed items, please allow 3-5 business days.
- Order changes and cancellations: Once an order has been placed, our system will not allow the order to be changed or cancelled; However, we will do our very best to accommodate your desired modification - please contact us by submitting a request through our Contact Us page, or email us at info@houseofhez.com. Be sure to include your order number in the request to expedite request processing.
- Shipping times: Shipping and delivery timeframes are indicated at checkout, based upon the item(s) ordered, order demand, and other courier logistics. Our shipping courier works hard to meet expected delivery times, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or other carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding in recognizing that shipping timeframes indicated at checkout cannot be guaranteed.
- Order tracking details: You will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information once your order has shipped.
