My parents were known for their love of hosting – dinner parties, holiday meals, and Trivial Pursuit nights.
I'd watch my mother set the table with thoughtfulness and intention - because, to her, a beautifully set table was more than decoration; it was a way of honoring the occasion of gathering and showing gratitude for the time and presence of each guest.
I now carry this ritual into my own home & love being able to create a space around the table where conversation and connection naturally unfold.
By day, my career as a CPA requires rigorous precision, fast-paced adaptation, and systematic problem-solving.
For as long as I can remember, crafting has been my creative outlet - infusing color and texture by hand into my world of numbers and automated routines.
Whether making resin keychains or watercolor painting a thank you note, I cherish the joy of making something by hand – something thoughtful, personal, and meant to be shared.

House of Hez began with multiple
glasses and a single question: "Which glass is mine?"
When I couldn’t find wine charms that were as beautiful as they were functional, I began creating my own. Inspired by my lifelong love of gemstones & jewelry, our drink charms are designed to be elegant, versatile, and effortlessly easy.
Somewhere between napkin folds and picking out placemats, I became Hez – my mother’s nickname for me since I was a young girl.
House of Hez is inspired by the way she taught me to host — setting the table with beauty and intention as a way to honor occasions, create connection, and celebrate togetherness.
XOXO,
Hez
