We offer a 10-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund or store credit within 10 days of purchase, provided items are unopened & unused in their original condition and packaging. Returns for a refund of payment are subject to approval and compliance with our return policy.

Any customized, monogrammed, or personalized items are unable to be returned and are not subject to our 10-day return policy.

 

Damaged Products
Our products undergo a multi-point quality inspection before being packaged & shipped to you in order to ensure they are free of defects. If you receive a product that you believe is not up to the high quality standards we set for ourselves, please contact us and we will work with you to your satisfaction!
